Basic technical information such as the submission time is recorded with each enquiry so that we can respond in order of receipt. We do not knowingly collect information from persons who are not enquiring on behalf of a business.
2. Why we use it
The information is used only to respond to your enquiry: to confirm current lot availability, grade, quantity, quotation and delivery arrangements, and to maintain a record of commercial correspondence.
